James J. Scruggs, Sr., CEO/Board of Directors: Jimmy is a Valdosta native and founder of Valdosta Mechanical Company. Jimmy has over 38 years as an H.V.A.C. Contractor.

James J. Scruggs, Jr., President: Jimbo, is a State of Georgia Professional Engineer. Jimbo was employed as a licensed P.E. for 5 years and has over 15 years H.V.A.C. experience.

Kimberley Howell, Vice-President/Projects Coordinator: Kim has over 18 years of H.V.A.C experience, which includes various accounting aspects, process of project paperwork, material handling and receiving. Kim also works with Donnie in job and labor tracking and is the right hand for both Jimmy and Jimbo.
